Senior Product Owner / Product Manager (M/F)

As a Senior Product Management Consultant at Thiga, you play a key role in supporting our clients with their strategic and operational challenges related to Product Management. Your mission is not limited to managing a product: you bring expertise and vision that allows our clients to progress in their product maturity. 🚀 Your Role * Advise and support companies in structuring and transforming their product organizations (audit, roadmap definition, team coaching). * Disseminate product culture to clients by facilitating workshops, training teams, and sharing market best practices. * Define impactful product strategies by helping our clients prioritize their investments and maximize the value created. * Engage in varied missions, ranging from product team coaching to implementing discovery and delivery frameworks adapted to the client's organization. * Contribute to Thiga's reputation by participating in publications, hosting conferences, and being part of the product community. 💥 Your Impact * You help companies raise their product maturity level by providing them with a proven methodological approach adapted to their context. * You are a transformation accelerator by supporting teams towards better autonomy and a user-centric approach. * You foster product innovation and efficiency by challenging existing practices and providing concrete solutions. 🎯 Your Profile * You have Product Management experience (minimum 5 years), ideally with varied backgrounds (startups, scale-ups, large groups, consulting). Delivery and discovery hold no secrets for you. * You have experience coaching product teams in their skill development and know how to simplify complex concepts. * You enjoy transmitting knowledge and advising: facilitating training, sharing frameworks, and challenging product organizations motivates you. * You have an analytical and strategic mind, enabling you to structure and transform product organizations.
