The Opportunity
We are looking for a Product Owner to join our Digital Delivery team in a permanent full-time capacity. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in agile product ownership and digital delivery, who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

You'll be responsible for leading the strategic direction, prioritisation, and delivery of the product. Acting as the voice of the customer and champion of agile practices, you'll work closely with cross-functional squads and senior stakeholders to deliver impactful digital solutions that improve patient and practice outcomes.

Reporting to the Head of Digital Delivery, you'll guide agile ceremonies, shape product roadmaps, and ensure continuous delivery of value through strong stakeholder engagement and service design.

Key skills/attributes required

• 3-5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within an agile environment
• Proven experience leading agile teams and facilitating agile ceremonies
• Experience managing product backlogs, roadmaps, and prioritisation frameworks
• Strong track record of working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
• Experience translating business needs into user stories and technical requirements
• Experience in digital product or service development, ideally in a complex or regulated environment (e.g., healthcare, finance, government)
• Familiarity with user-centred design and service design principles
• Experience leading business analysis on strategic initiatives
• Ability to define benefits, scope projects, and align solutions with business outcomes
