Job Description

Job Objective

Act as a Full-time Product Owner in a squad responsible for the entire journey of credit card or loan on a credit marketplace. The role will be focused on strategies for acquisition, simulation, approval, and evolution of customer experience, as well as integration and follow-up with partners.

How your day-to-day will be

• Act as PO of a multidisciplinary squad with focus end-to-end on the credit journey (credit card or loan), from simulation to approval
• Break down product strategy into prioritized backlog, aligned to business objectives and user needs.
• Work in partnership with areas such as Marketing, CRM, Growth, Technology, Design, and Partners to ensure deliveries of value.
• Conduct agile ceremonies (planning, refinement, review, and retrospective) and participate in strategic forums.
• Monitor and analyze business and product metrics to identify opportunities for continuous evolution.
• Lead initiatives for Go To Market, including strategies for CRM, performance, and multi-channel communication (paid media, organic, email, push, social networks).
• Ensure optimized simulation/approval flows
• Conduct discoveries and experiments (A/B tests) to validate hypotheses and improve user experience.
• Act on the entry and integration of new partners, following performance and ensuring their evolution

Main expected deliveries

• Prioritized backlog with focus on acquisition, simulation, and approval
• Communication strategies in partnership with Marketing and CRM.
• Metrics and KPIs defined by initiative, with rollout plan and performance tracking.
• Ongoing evolution of user experience with focus on personalization and conversion.

• Tests and experiments for validation of approaches and product evolution
