Rulemapping Solutions GmbH is the operational subsidiary of the Rulemapping Group.

Aufgaben

• You take over the strategic and operative development of individual product areas within the Rulemapping platform in line with the overall product vision.
• You set product goals, roadmaps, and priorities from the platform strategy and align yourself closely with other Product Owners and relevant stakeholders.
• You bear end-to-end responsibility for Product Discovery and Delivery – from problem definition to validation and conception to release and continuous further development.
• You analyze user, customer, and market requirements and translate these into structured product concepts, prioritized backlogs, user stories, and clear acceptance criteria.
• You take on professional leadership in an interdisciplinary setup with Engineering, Design, and QA in an agile environment.
• You maintain and prioritize the backlog continuously under consideration of product metrics, user feedback, and strategic goals.
• You ensure product quality in ongoing operation and prioritize changes, incidents, and technical improvements.
• You are responsible for active stakeholder management between business, technology, customers, and possibly community partners.
• You work on platform-spanning topics such as modularization, interfaces, integrations, and scalability in close coordination with Engineering and Product Leadership.
• You drive the continuous improvement of your product areas based on defined KPIs and take ownership for product-related key results within our OKR structure.

Qualifikation

• You bring more than 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a comparable product role in the SaaS environment.
• You have demonstrated strategic and operative product responsibility – from discovery to release.
• You think conceptually and strategically and possess a solid technical understanding (e.g. APIs, platform architecture, integrations, scalable systems).
• You have experience with agile methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) and managing complex backlogs.
• You work data-based and use product metrics as the basis for prioritization and decision-making processes.
• You communicate clearly and structuredly on different levels and steer stakeholders sovereignly.
• You work independently, structuredly, and solution-oriented.
• You possess very good German language skills (at least C1) and very good English language skills (at least C1).
• Experience in GovTech, Legal Tech, or regulated industries is advantageous but not a must.
