Product Owner Plattform Migration & Produktentwicklung (m/w/d)

We are Elektrovorteil – one of the leading THG-Quoten-Anbieter in Germany. Over 18,000 customer reviews, known from Spiegel, Autobild, Electrive and Co. Real users, real sales, real growth. Our team is around 30 years old on average, completely remote, and with the clear goal of building a scalable platform from a successful product. Specifically: We are migrating our existing platform from Ruby on Rails to a modern Next.js/React/TypeScript stack – with new design, new features, and the claim to do everything from scratch. The migration is already underway, the output is high, and that's why we need you: Someone who gives direction, prioritizes, and ensures that we're building the right thing. Technology is not a cost center at our company. It's the product.

Aufgaben

You will take over the product responsibility for our platform migration and the further development of the product. You are the interface between management and development – and you make decisions, rather than just passing them on.

What that means:

• You steer the migration content-wise: What will be migrated when, which features will come first, what can wait?
• You build and maintain the backlog, write clear requirements, and ensure that the development team always knows what's next
• You make acceptance tests and check results against requirements – functionally, regulatorily, UX-wise
• You are the counterpart for management: You translate business wishes into executable packages and protect the team from scope creep
• You coordinate with design (currently in development) and ensure that design guidelines are implementable and consistent
• You bring structure to a rapidly growing team – without bureaucracy. Lean processes that fit a small team

Qualifikation

• Nachweisbare Erfahrung als Product Owner or Product Manager – ideally in a startup, an agency, or a rapidly growing company. You've already experienced what it's like when everything happens at once, and you know how to stay focused
• You've accompanied at least one migration, a relaunch, or a greenfield project and know what can go wrong
• You think in outcomes, not outputs. You ask
