Job description
We are looking for a Product Owner who will thrive with Open Investment Funds products. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for the creation and development of a product that is a key element of PKO Finat. Your task will be to combine business, technological, and regulatory perspectives into a cohesive development direction. Cooperation format: B2B Mode: hybrid (we like to meet at the office at Chmielna Street in Warsaw sometimes) Job description * you define and develop the product vision and roadmap for AT products within open investment funds, * you translate business, regulatory, and operational needs into the product backlog and sprint priorities, * you cooperate with development teams, analysts, testers, and stakeholders from PKO Group (including TFI, Bank) and with external investment fund companies regarding the definition of processes, integration, and regulatory requirements, * you supervise the functional scope, quality, and timeliness of product implementation, * you co-create the operational model, processes, and KPIs for the Transfer Agent, * you monitor progress, report to the CPO, and participate in strategic product reviews, * you initiate improvements increasing the efficiency, scalability, and competitiveness of the solution. Requirements * you have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Project Manager in the financial or IT sector, * you know Agile/Scrum methodologies and can effectively manage the product backlog, * you have knowledge of the capital market or investment funds (experience in TFI, custodian, or transfer agent is welcome), * you can combine business, technological, and regulatory aspects, * you are a communicative person, have developed analytical skills, and take end-to-end responsibility for the product.
