Roles and Responsibilities: Vision and Strategy Development for the BA Practice/COE Develop and communicate a compelling product vision for the healthcare and beauty retailer's mobile app, aligning with business needs, market opportunities, and technology trends. Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the path to achieve the defined vision, focusing on both e-commerce functionality and user experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective prioritization of features. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the mobile app. Develop and maintain a product backlog that outlines the prioritized features and requirements for the mobile app. Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and input on the product vision and roadmap. Ensure that the product vision and roadmap are aligned with the company's overall strategy and goals. Identify and prioritize opportunities for innovation, improvement, and growth within the mobile app. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the healthcare and beauty retailer's business, market trends, and customer needs to inform product decisions. Analyze data and metrics to measure the success of the mobile app and identify areas for improvement. Develop and maintain a strong relationship with stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams. Ensure that all product-related activities are aligned with the company's overall strategy and goals.
