Product Owner – Operational Excellence & Automation

Job description

Job Description As Product Owner, you lead the optimisation and unification of business-critical processes across all our departments. You work with systems such as Salesforce, Exact Online, Moss/Blue10, WoodWing and various internal tools. You design end-to-end workflows, improve integrations, and ensure our business support ecosystem is ready for the next stage of international growth. You report directly to the Operations Director and collaborate closely with the CEO, CFO, HR, and operational teams. What you’ll do: * Define, prioritise, and maintain the product backlog for operational excellence and automation initiatives. * Gather and analyse requirements from stakeholders across the organisation. * Translate business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria. * Collaborate with IT and other teams to implement and integrate solutions. * Monitor the performance of implemented solutions and make data-driven improvements. * Manage the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in operational excellence and automation. * Ensure that all initiatives align with the overall company strategy. * Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote operational excellence. * Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders. * Drive the implementation of automation solutions across departments. What you’ll bring: * Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, with a focus on process optimisation and automation. * Strong understanding of business processes and workflows. * Experience with systems such as Salesforce, Exact Online, Moss/Blue10, or similar. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications. * Experience with Agile methodologies. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively. * A proactive and results-oriented mindset. * Fluency in English (written and spoken). * Experience in an international environment is a plus.
