Product Owner

We are looking for a Project Captain: You have experience with planning and implementing larger web, CMS & E-Commerce projects as well as integrating online solutions into business processes. If you don't just enjoy leading agile projects, but also designing excellent web solutions together with our customers and the development team, we look forward to your application!

Tasks

• Schedule the Plan: You are responsible for complex web, CMS & E-Commerce projects, accompany these from the offer phase to the final acceptance and organize them in agile methods.
• Navigate between two worlds: You translate customer requirements together with our software architects into a feasible product backlog, agree on this with the customer and take care of implementation with the team.
• Keep an overview: You monitor project documentation and keep track of your team's ticket status at all times.
• Be visible: You act as the main point of contact for the projects you are responsible for and regularly attend customer meetings.
• Help us grow: You have an open ear for our customers' wishes and ideas, pick up on these commercially and can competently advise them.

Qualification

• Experience: You already have several years of experience in the implementation of agile web, CMS & E-Commerce projects and ideally even a certification as a Product Owner. Maybe you've worked in a technical position so far and want to take the leap into an organizational role with a connection to customers.
• Drive: You can get excited every day for new challenges and want to make a real impact.
• Organizational talent: You have fundamental knowledge of agile project methods.
• Background: You have technical background knowledge to understand larger web and eCommerce projects and bring the talent to explain technical connections in a way that our customers can understand. Ideally, you've already gained experience with TYPO3, Neos CMS or Shopware 6.
• Communication skills: You always have an open ear for your colleagues and show empathy even when dealing with sensitive topics. Additionally, you don't just speak fluently
