Are you ready to help shape the future of our platform? We are looking for a passionate Product Owner (m/f/d) who will take responsibility for the further development of our innovative SaaS product. In this key role, you will significantly drive the development and optimization of our software and play a crucial role in meeting the needs of your stakeholders.

Tasks

• You plan and prioritize the work of a development team of around 15 internal and external developers and ensure realistic sprint and capacity planning.
• You coordinate the collaboration between development, product, and quality management and ensure that sprint content is well-prepared and feasible.
• You accompany features throughout the entire development process – from requirements gathering and specification through implementation to release and subsequent further development.
• You further develop our SaaS product with a view to current technologies and trends in the areas of AI, Automation, and Voice, and integrate corresponding solutions into product development.
• You define clear requirements and acceptance criteria and, together with the QA team, ensure the quality of our releases.
• You coordinate tests and acceptances across different development stages (Development → Integration → Production), analyze errors, and oversee the necessary measures until release.
• You are the central point of contact for relevant stakeholders and ensure transparent communication about requirements, progress, decisions, and results.
• You are responsible for the functional and technical documentation of our product development, especially in Jira and Confluence.

Qualification

• Relevant experience as a Product Owner (m/f/d) in software development, ideally in the SaaS sector
• You are enthusiastic about new technologies and interested in leveraging the potential of AI, Automation, and Voice for digital products.
• Deep understanding of the implementation of complex requirements
• Excellent communication skills in German and English, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams
• High degree of independence and initiative to be successful in a dynamic environment
