This is what awaits you

• You develop a clear product strategy for a new product.
• You develop a scalable roadmap and implement it.
• You take responsibility for the entire product lifecycle – from new features to optimizations to scaling initiatives.
• You work closely with Engineering, Customer Success, and the founders.
• You take over project management for cross-functional initiatives.
• You define KPIs and track them to measure success.

This is what makes you out

• Multiple years of experience in leading product teams, ideally in a SaaS or platform environment/in a SaaS or AI startup.
• Demonstrable successes in scaling products.
• Knowledge of agile project management methods.
• Experience in building and steering product roadmaps.
• Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking with a sense for market trends.
• Leadership skills, communication strength, and hands-on mentality.
