Aufgaben

• As Product Owner (m/w/d) in the field of KI Automatisierung und Support, you will support operational product responsibility for the products "IT Support", take requirements and formulate Product Backlog Items together with Dev-Teams and Stakeholders.
• You maintain the Product Roadmap and Product Backlog continuously, prioritize items based on business value and user feedback, and ensure a clear content orientation.
• In your role as Product Owner (m/w/d) for KI Automatisierung und Support, you will actively communicate with internal and external Stakeholders, gather feedback, and integrate it structured into the product development.
• You are responsible for quality assurance and risk management for the product, including vulnerability management.
• You will actively participate in portfolio planning as well as portfolio and demand management, and regularly attend alignment, regulation, and workshop meetings.

Qualifikation

• Comprehensive expertise in agile (IT-) project management, including product ownership and agile methods (Scrum, Kanban).
• In-depth knowledge of artificial intelligence, particularly generative AI, LLM frameworks, and LLMOps.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, IT operations, administration, and IT service management (ITIL4/DevOps), including incident and problem management.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills as well as sovereign stakeholder and requirements management.
• Very good MS Office and Excel knowledge, experience with KPI and key figure systems, and solid knowledge of SAP.
• Minimum verhandlungssichere German and English language skills in writing and speaking.
