We are the first company to digitize the industry holistically and are designing our ERP system from the ground up as an AI-first platform. As a Product Owner, you are part of the central product team and work directly on the further development of our cloud ERP system. You are close to our customers, understand their everyday challenges, and, together with design and engineering, translate them into well-thought-out, user-centric product solutions.

In this role, you will take responsibility for the product roadmap, connect customer needs with technical feasibility, and ensure that features are continuously created that deliver real added value and stand up in the market.

• Close collaboration with customers to understand requirements, problems, and usage contexts

• Translation of customer needs into clear epics, user stories, and priorities

• Responsibility for the product backlog and active shaping of the product roadmap

• Close coordination with engineering, design, and other stakeholders for the implementation of features

• Accompanying the implementation from idea to go-live, including acceptance and quality assurance

• Regular communication of progress, changes, and decisions to internal stakeholders

• Active further development of the product through market observation, user feedback, and own ideas

• Several years of experience as a Product Owner or in a comparable hybrid product role with the responsibilities of a PO

• Experience in the development of complex digital products, ideally in the B2B or SaaS environment, especially with ERP-related systems

• Very good understanding of user-centric product development and agile working methods

• Ability to bring together functional requirements, user needs, and technical perspectives and translate them into clear, actionable product decisions.

• Structured way of working, clear prioritization, and a strong sense of responsibility for the product.

• Very good German skills (C2) as well as very good English skills (C1) for collaboration in an international team
