Product Owner (m/w/d) - HR Reporting & Analytics

We are looking for you as Product Owner (m/w/d) – HR Reporting & Analytics. You will take over the technical product responsibility, work closely with our customers, the product team, and marketing & customer success together and shape actively how HR reporting will look in the future.

Aufgaben

• You will take over the technical product responsibility for the HR Reporting Suite and develop the product strategically and content-wise further.
• You will function as a central interface between customers, product development, marketing, and customer success and ensure continuous exchange.
• You will take requirements from Kundengesprächen und Workshops, evaluate them professionally and structuredly, and translate them into clear product and solution concepts.
• You will work closely with the product team together, define fachliche Anforderungen und Leitplanken, and prioritize topics in line with product strategy and technical feasibility.
• You are responsible for the conceptual design of the Frontends and User Experience of the HR Reporting Suite and give direction to reports and dashboards.
• If you want, you will also work prospectively on the frontend development yourself, for example, by creating or further developing Power BI reports.
• You support the Productmarketing- and Enablement Teams, by participating in product positioning and creating content for webinars, presentations, our help center, and customer demos.
• You are a professional point of contact for the setup- and support team and support with complex questions about HR reporting and HR key figures.

Qualifikation

• You have more than 3 years of work experience in the HR field, for example, in personnel management, HR controlling, personnel planning, or HR reporting/analytics.
• You possess a very good understanding of HR key figures, HR structures, and personal economic relationships.
• You present yourself sicher, authentisch und kommunikativ and keep the overview even with complex professional topics.
• You have fun taking responsibility, driving topics independently forward, and growing together with the team.
• You have experience in dealing with reporting or BI systems; knowledge of Power BI is a significant advantage, but not a mandatory requirement.
• You are skilled at analyzing, structuring, and prioritizing professional requirements.
• You enjoy direct customer contact as well as workshops and presentations and can convey professional content in an understandable way.
• You think produkt- und lösungsorientiert and have interest in developing a product both professionally and strategically.
• You possess very good German language skills in writing and speaking.
