Product Owner (m/f/d)

Since 2008, with our four brands – doctari, lichtfeld, Planerio, and arztpool – we have been working towards our vision of bringing medical personnel to where they are most urgently needed.

At the heart of our digital product portfolio is the doctari App – the central platform for doctors and nursing professionals. It enables more flexibility, transparency, and self-determination in shift planning.

As a Product Owner (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the supply side of our marketplace – one of the most important growth drivers for our company. Together with your team, you will develop digital solutions that offer real added value to medical professionals. You will actively shape the product strategy as well as the implementation of new features and purposefully integrate modern technologies like AI into the further development of our product – including the development of new use cases and forms of deployment.

• You will be responsible for the further development of the doctari App and, together with your cross-functional team, develop innovative features for medical professionals.
• You will prioritize your product backlog based on user needs, market requirements, and relevant product KPIs.
• You will manage the entire product development process – from Product Discovery through Delivery to a successful Release.
• You will work closely with Engineering, UX Design, and internal stakeholders and make informed product decisions based on technical and functional requirements.
• You will analyze key figures, derive recommendations for action, and continuously optimize the candidate journey within the app.
• You will actively drive the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the product as well as in product development.

• At least 5 years of professional experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a comparable role in the SaaS, software, platform, or app environment.
• Experience in developing digital products as well as in Product Discovery, data-driven work, and agile methodologies.
• Technical understanding deep enough to understand architectural decisions, evaluate trade-offs, and discuss with Engineering on equal footing.
• Enthusiasm for AI-powered products, modern technologies, and innovative product development.
• Analytical thinking, pragmatism, and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work.
• Very good German and fluent English skills complete your profile.
