Product Owner (m/f/d) - Digital Information and Support Platform for Return-Interested Syrians

For many years, Social Impact gGmbH has been supporting refugees and migrants interested in returning with the preparation of their return and assisting them in sustainably reintegrating in their home country and developing professional prospects.

With a digital information and support platform for Syrians interested in returning, we are expanding this approach. It bundles current and reliable information, contextualizes it, and creates a well-founded basis for their decision to return and for personal and professional future planning.

As a Product Owner (m/f/d), you will significantly shape the development and further advancement of the platform and ensure that content, user guidance, and technical implementation work together meaningfully.

The position is initially limited until December 31, 2027, and is to be filled on a part-time basis (20–32 hours/week). Ideally, you will work at our location in Berlin. In principle, the activity is also possible at our locations in Stuttgart, Leipzig, Cologne, Hamburg, or Munich. The salary information refers to a full-time position and is based on experience and qualifications.

• You will be responsible for the development of the digital information and support platform with Inoloft, from conception and setup to continuous further development.
• You will structure content and information areas and define and prioritize functional requirements.
• You will develop intuitive and target group-oriented user guidance and continuously optimize it.
• You will coordinate the interfaces between editorial, graphic design, communication, and technical implementation.
• You will keep the requirements and needs of the target group in view and derive further platform developments from them.
• You will ensure the ongoing quality assurance of the platform.

• University degree or comparable qualification in product management, digital/media management, social sciences, or a related field.
• Experience in the conception and management of digital products and platforms.
• Knowledge in user-centered product development and a good understanding of digital user guidance.
• Experience in working with content management systems.
• A structured, analytical, and at the same time user-oriented way of working.
  Knowledge of Inoloft is an advantage.
• Enjoyment of collaboration and coordination of interfaces.
