Product Owner (m/f/d) - Customer Domain

Since 2008, we have been working with our four brands doctari, lichtfeld, Planerio, and arztpool on our vision to bring medical personnel to where they are most urgently needed.

doctari pro is our B2B booking platform for HR managers in hospitals and healthcare facilities and the central interface to the demand side of our marketplace. Doctors can be easily found, requested, and booked via doctari pro: through temporary employment or fixed-term contracts. As the counterpart to the doctari app on the candidate side, doctari pro is a central component of our two-sided marketplace.

As a Product Owner (m/f/d) in the Customer Domain team, you will take responsibility for one of our company's most important growth drivers. Together with your cross-functional team, you will actively shape the product strategy as well as the implementation of new features and strategically integrate modern technologies like AI into the further development of doctari pro. You will work closely with Engineering, UX Design, and internal stakeholders, making well-founded product decisions based on user data, technical requirements, and market demands.

• You will be responsible for the further development of doctari pro and, together with your cross-functional team, develop innovative features for clinics and healthcare facilities, from request to booking.

• You will prioritize the Product Backlog based on customer needs, market requirements, and relevant product KPIs.

• You will manage the entire product development process from Product Discovery through Delivery to a successful Release.

• You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and translate market requirements into clear product decisions.

• You will analyze usage and booking data, derive recommendations for action, and continuously optimize the customer journey on doctari pro.

• You will drive the targeted use of Artificial Intelligence in the product.

• At least 5 years of professional experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a comparable role, ideally in a B2B SaaS, platform, or marketplace environment.

• Experience in developing digital products for business customers: from Product Discovery and user-centered design to data-driven optimization.

• Technical understanding that goes deep enough to comprehend architectural decisions, evaluate trade-offs, and discuss with Engineering on an equal footing.

• Analytical thinking, pragmatism, and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work.

• Enthusiasm for AI-powered products and modern technologies that you actively use to create product added value.

• Experience collaborating with Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success is a clear plus.

• Very good German and fluent English skills complete your profile.
