Your Area of Responsibility:

After an intensive onboarding phase, you will increasingly become an important driver of our product vision. For us, this means:

• You are curious and strive to understand the needs and challenges of our customers and tirelessly pursue the best possible solution for them.
• You work closely with the development team to turn product ideas into reality. You start by understanding the requirements and provide continuous support during implementation. In this way, you ensure that our team has a clear and comprehensive understanding of the project and customer needs.
• You take responsibility for the product's success: Together with the team, you create user stories and acceptance criteria, prioritize tasks, and maintain the backlog. You ensure that the team works on the most important things.
• You make data-based decisions to ensure smooth product implementation and act as a key interface between the product and development teams.
• You stay up-to-date on open bug reports and the challenges faced by customers and stakeholders.
• You work closely with our current Product Owner and internal stakeholders to understand and actively shape our product roadmap.
• You are responsible for the releases of our mobile app(s).

Required Qualifications:

• You have a completed technical degree or equivalent.

• You have a good understanding of software development.

• You have 3-4 years of experience in a project management or product organization role.

• You have experience in the DACH market.

• You have experience with a software or SaaS product.

• You have already gained initial experience in a small company.

• You have an inexhaustible curiosity about technology and understanding user needs, and you constantly strive for improvements.

• You are familiar with agile values and Kanban and Scrum methodologies.

• You have experience in writing user stories and breaking down epics into usable units.

• You are quick on your feet and have an analytical, data-driven mindset.

• You bring excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.

• You have strong communication skills and speak fluent English.

• You speak German confidently (C1 level), as you will also interact with customers.
