We are one of the leading software providers in the field of medicinal cannabis. Over 300 pharmacies use our solutions, and more than 1.5 million prescriptions have already been processed through our systems.
We develop digital products for pharmacies, doctors, wholesalers, and other partners – and you play a central role in the further development of our software solutions.

Tasks

• Product Development: Responsibility for the development and continuous improvement of our digital products.
• Product Backlog Management: Definition, prioritization, and maintenance of the product backlog in close cooperation with the development team.
• User Stories and Tickets: Writing user stories or tickets for conceptual and technical requirements.
• Stakeholder Management: Close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the product strategy and vision.
• Market Analysis: Conducting market and competition analyses to identify new opportunities.
• Communication: Ensuring smooth communication between teams and departments.
• UX/UI Coordination: Close cooperation and coordination with UX/UI design to ensure optimal user experience.
• Usability Tests: Conducting usability tests with our customers to validate new features and optimize the user experience.

Qualification

• Experience in product management, ideally in an agile environment.
• Strong understanding of digital products and technologies.
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Customer orientation and empathy.
• Experience with agile methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban).
• Fluent German language skills in writing and speaking.
• English language skills are an asset.
