Product Owner (m/w/d) / Aviation & Technology
Job description

Your Mission
As Product Owner (m/w/d), you are responsible for conceiving and further developing our digital products. You create a robust software infrastructure that meets the high demands in the field and forms the interface between high-tech hardware, regulatory standards, and operational deployment.
Tasks
- You lead an interdisciplinary product team and foster an agile, solution-oriented work culture.
- You translate complex regulatory and technical requirements into executable roadmaps.
- You prioritize features, stand in close exchange with internal stakeholders (Operations, Compliance, Development) and ensure clear alignments.
- You are responsible for ensuring that security-relevant software components and deployment are prioritized.
- You accompany field tests to optimize workflows and mobile applications in a practical manner.
- You ensure that the software architecture provides automated proof for internal and regulatory requirements.
Qualification
- Completed studies in (Business-) Informatics or a comparable qualification.
- Professional experience in technical product management or leading software projects.
- Secure in Requirements Engineering, Project Management, and Stakeholder Communication.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g. Jira, awork) and ERP systems; knowledge of Odoo or app development is a plus.
- Willingness to undergo a security check according to § 8 SÜG (Ü2).
