Product Owner (m/w/d)

As Product Owner at AImax, you will shape the implementation of our digital products in close collaboration with management, market, customers, and development teams. The product vision is created jointly within the company and is brought to life by you through clear priorities, well-founded decisions, and a strong proximity to user needs and regulatory requirements.

You work in an agile setup according to SCRUM and are the central connection between functional goal-setting and technical implementation. You accompany our products comprehensively – from specifying requirements to successful use in everyday life. In the current team size, you will take on additional tasks of the Scrum-Master role and live agile principles in your daily work.

Aufgaben

Product Responsibility at Implementation Level

You ensure that product ideas, requirements, and framework conditions are translated into effective, user-centered solutions.

Requirements and Decision-Making Work

You work closely with stakeholders together, structure requirements, and make well-founded product decisions with a view to benefit, feasibility, and quality.

Agile Cooperation:

You work continuously with internal teams and external development service providers together and ensure clear, efficient cooperation.

SCRUM & Team Development:

You moderate agile formats, foster continuous improvement, and support the team in working effectively and self-organizing.

Regulated Environment:

You integrate software requirements into regulated environments (e.g. ISO 13485) pragmatically into product development and work processes.

Tool-Supported Product Work:

You use established tools – particularly from the Atlassian ecosystem (e.g. Jira, Confluence) – to ensure transparency, structure, and traceability.

Qualification

• Multiple years of experience as a Product Owner in software product development (required)
• Deep understanding of agile product development according to SCRUM
• Ideal candidate with Scrum-Master or Agile Coach certification
• Experience in developing software in regulated environments (e.g. medical devices, pharmaceuticals, HealthTech)
• Routine work with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
• Able to take responsibility, make decisions, and provide orientation
• Clear, structured communication and a well-developed understanding of users and market
