Your Role

Within Exotec's IT department, you will be responsible for a portfolio of collaborative tools used by our Exopeople across Europe, the United States, and Japan.

Your mission will be to define the vision, steer the evolution, and maximize the adoption of collaborative solutions that support the company's activities. You will notably work on the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform, Copilot, etc.) as well as Koddex, a strategic platform for knowledge sharing and managing our internal processes.

Acting as a true interface between business units, IT teams, and external partners, you will support Exotec's digital transformation by proposing high-value-added solutions for users.

Your Missions

Define and Steer Product Strategy

• Champion the vision for collaborative tools and define a roadmap consistent with business priorities, IT strategy, and Exotec's digital transformation ambitions.

• Be responsible for the value produced by the portfolio, linking each evolution to an expected outcome for users and the company.
• Arbitrate portfolio priorities considering user impact, expected adoption, technical constraints, risks, and solution sustainability.

Gather, Challenge, and Prioritize Needs

• Be responsible for product discovery by gathering field needs from users, business units, the IT department, and local representatives in Europe, the United States, and Japan.
• Challenge requests and distinguish structuring needs from local preferences, leveraging usage data, user feedback, and business impact.
• Ensure that prioritization and roadmap decisions are based on objective elements, measurable results, and a genuine understanding of usage.

Steer Evolutions and Deployments

• Steer the complete evolution cycle, from scoping to delivery, ensuring quality, security, integration, and delivered value.
• Define success criteria and quality standards for solutions to secure their deployment within the Exotec ecosystem.
• Make release and lifecycle decisions by balancing user value, operational risks, vendor dependencies, and platform longevity.

Develop Adoption and Lead Governance

• Define and champion the adoption strategy for collaborative tools to sustainably embed new uses, beyond mere communication or training.
• Be responsible for effective adoption, user satisfaction, and the reduction of pain points that limit the use of Microsoft 365 and Koddex.
• Align business units, IT, key users, vendors, and external partners on priorities, governance rules, arbitration, and expected results.
• Manage relationships with strategic vendors and partners, overseeing their commitments, roadmaps, risks, and commercial constraints in Exotec's best interest.
• Ensure consistency, rationalization, and controlled evolution of the collaborative tools portfolio and the knowledge ecosystem.

Your Profile

• Experience in Product Ownership, product management, or digital transformation.
• Good knowledge of collaborative tools, ideally Microsoft 365.
• Aptitude for SaaS environments and change management.
• Ability to bridge the gap between business challenges and technical solutions.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies.
• Professional English proficiency.
