As Product Owner (m/w/d), you are responsible for the operational management and continuous development of our software product Boardwise in an agile environment. You serve as a central interface between business, stakeholders, and development teams and ensure that requirements result in concrete, implementable, and value-adding product increments.

You actively drive forward the integration of AI technologies – particularly in the Microsoft ecosystem – and translate strategic goals into prioritized backlog items and tangible results.

• Responsibility for the Product Backlog (maintenance, prioritization, refinement)
• Translation of requirements from departments and stakeholders into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Surety of a continuous value flow in a Kanban or agile work environment
• Closely working with development teams, particularly in the Microsoft ecosystem (e.g., M365, Azure)
• Active steering and moderation of stakeholders at various corporate levels
• Support for defining and developing the product vision and roadmap
• Integration and further development of AI-based features in the product (e.g., Copilot, LLM-based features)
• Collaboration with UX, Data, and Engineering to continuously improve user experience
• Surety of quality, usability, and business impact of implemented features

Your Profile

• Location in Germany
• Multiple years of experience as Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a comparable role in the software field
• Working in an agile environment (Scrum, Kanban, or similar) is second nature to you
• Experience in steering and prioritizing backlogs
• Knowledge in the Microsoft ecosystem (M365, Azure, Microsoft-based application development)
• Able to translate technical requirements into clear, implementable work packages
• Experience in stakeholder management, including confident appearance at management or board level
• Very good communication skills and stakeholder management in German (C2) and English
