Product Owner m/f

Netwise S.A. is looking for an experienced IT Product Owner who will be responsible for the strategic development of proprietary products expanding Customer and Partner Engagement solutions (CRM and PRM). Scope of duties: Comprehensive management of IT projects – from planning to implementation. Responsibility for scope, schedule, budget, quality, and timely project execution. Coordinating the work of the project team and cooperating with technical teams. Managing the backlog, priorities, dependencies, risks, and changes in the project. Monitoring work progress and taking corrective actions. Cooperating with clients and key stakeholders and managing their expectations. Conducting project meetings and Agile/Scrum ceremonies. Ensuring the compliance of the implemented solution with business needs and the assumed scope. Monitoring project budget and profitability and optimizing resource utilization. Supporting presales activities – participation in client meetings, workshops, and presentations. Competencies sought: Experience in independent IT project management, preferably in a business client environment. Experience in coordinating project teams, including development teams. Practical knowledge of Agile/Scrum and tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps. Experience in managing scope, schedule, budget, risk, and change. Commercial experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform. Knowledge of the CRM, PRM, or Customer/Partner Engagement area will be an advantage. Ability to work with clients and stakeholders and effective communication and negotiation skills. Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into project work scope.
