MPP (Memory Paper Print) is a Polish company and a leader in the European e-commerce market for personalized, printed photo products. Our portfolio includes the nPhoto brand – a B2B2C business specializing in premium photo products for professional photographers. We operate in markets from Great Britain and the USA to Poland, Germany, France, Spain, and Sweden. We are currently building and developing an innovative digital platform with global reach, supporting the daily work of photographers. In connection with this, we invite an entrepreneurial, independent, and challenge-ready individual to join us for the position of Product Owner (m/f). We are looking for someone with a natural "product sense" and a genuine passion for creating modern digital solutions. Someone who not only completes tasks but is truly engaged in product development, thinks about it in a broader context, and takes responsibility for it. We are looking for someone who treats the product as their own project, proactively seeks improvements, proposes solutions, and wants to have a real impact on its direction of development. We are looking for someone who is curious about technology, follows market trends, and likes to stay up-to-date with what's happening in the world of digital products. Scope of Responsibilities: Co-creation and implementation of product strategy in line with company goals; Defining the product roadmap and prioritizing the backlog; Collaboration with UX/UI, IT, marketing, and sales teams; Monitoring product performance (KPIs, analytics, A/B tests, etc.); Introducing innovations and improvements based on data and feedback; Analysis of the market, competition, and user needs; Responsibility for the business model, monetization, and budget execution (revenue and costs) for the product. Required Competencies: Minimum 2 years of experience in product offer management and product lifecycle management; experience in digital product management is a plus; Experience in implementing digital product monetization strategies and responsibility for sales results; Practical knowledge in developing business cases for investments and initiatives; Experience in user acquisition and sales; High analytical skills and deductive ability; Excellent communication skills – clear formulation of requirements, creation of product documentation, effective management of internal and external communication; Ability to collaborate with multiple teams (IT, UX/UI, marketing, sales) and build relationships with stakeholders; Ability to work in a dynamic, changing environment, resilience to time pressure, and flexibility in decision-making; Knowledge of English at a business communication level (work with foreign clients and markets); High level of product ownership and sense of responsibility for its end-to-end development; Strong product and business orientation and ability to work with product tools; Natural motivation to work with digital products and commitment to their development; Proactive attitude and initiative in identifying areas for product development.
