Description of activities

• Mandatory experience in acting as PO for data, machine learning, and AI projects.
• Agile Project Management: Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective) and ensure the compliance with agile practices.
• Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to collect, understand, and document project requirements for Data, BI, and/or AI.
• Product Backlog Management: Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, ensuring that the development team has a clear and organized pipeline of tasks.Integration Multidisciplinary: Collaborate with data teams, engineering, data science, and BI analysts to ensure the delivery of integrated solutions aligned with the company's strategy.
• Communication and Alignment: Establish strong communication channels with stakeholders and other team members, ensuring that everyone is aligned with project objectives and progress.
• Monitoring and Reports: Track performance metrics and provide regular reports on project status to senior leadership.
• Ongoing Improvement: Foster a culture of ongoing improvement in the team, encouraging feedback and refining agile practices.

Requirements

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as PO/Scrum Master, with a focus on data, BI, and AI projects.
• Certifications: Scrum Master (CSM) and/or Product Owner (CSPO) certification. Additional certifications in Data and AI are an asset.
• Tech Skills: Experience with agile management tools (Azure DevOps, JIRA, or Confluence). Experience with requirements gathering. Knowledge of data technologies and tools (SQL, Data Warehousing), BI (Power BI, Tableau), and AI is an asset.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
• Languages: Spanish will be considered an asset.
