The delivery center is located in Utrecht. Client’s platforms allow to announce tenders and conduct the entire procedure of collecting and evaluating bids, from announcement to contract award. The project involves developing a platform for tendering processes, which will be used by public authorities and private companies. The platform should provide an efficient way to manage tendering processes, including announcing tenders, receiving and evaluating bids, and awarding contracts. The platform should also include features such as bid evaluation, contract management, and reporting. The project requires a strong understanding of the tendering process and the ability to work with stakeholders to develop a platform that meets their needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in product ownership, Scrum, and Agile methodologies. They will be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
