- 1–2 years of project experience (school or work), ideally on mobile app projects
- Strong interest in sports and wellbeing
- A love for data and using it to make decisions
- Creative, proactive, can-do attitude
- Clear communicator, comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
- Bonus: you’ve already experimented with AI tools like ChatGPT, Lovable, or Replit
