With 70 employees, the IT&I GmbH is a company based in Berlin-Mitte, specializing in software development and consulting. We develop and operate tailored software applications for the energy industry. In doing so, we support our customers in implementing IT requirements in a dynamic environment shaped by the energy transition, using agile methods.

To strengthen our team in Berlin, we are looking for a Product Owner in Software Development (m/w/d) at the earliest possible time.

This is what you'll do with us

• You will take over the preparation, planning, and steering of IT projects with a focus on software development.
• You will steer the collaboration with the stakeholders involved in the project and the development of agreed-upon features.
• You will organize and define acceptance criteria and quality assurance measures within the projects.
• You will recognize and identify reliable needs within existing customer relationships, such as the expansion of the existing project and performance spectrum.

This is what you'll bring ideally

• You have a completed degree in (business) informatics or a comparable education and bring several years of experience in leading software projects and simultaneously managing multiple (sub-) projects.
• You are familiar with various process models.
• You bring passion for leading innovative projects following agile process methods.
• A definite plus for you would be knowledge in software development.
• You have the ability to clearly and address-specifically present complex relationships.
• You can think analytically and have a quick comprehension.
• You have very good German and good English skills in writing and speaking.
