You will join the Product – R&PD team 

Within the R&PD (Research & Product Development) team, we design and industrialize high-impact Data & AI SaaS solutions that address our clients' challenges through analytics, data science, and artificial intelligence.

As such, we are recruiting a Product Owner for our Marketing Effectiveness solution with the objective of structuring the product roadmap, maximizing its adoption, time-to-market, and the value delivered to our clients.

Your role in the team 

As the Product Owner of our Marketing Effectiveness solution (Eki.Decisions), you will transform business, market, and user needs into concrete, documented features aligned with a common platform logic. 

You will work daily with the Product Manager, engineering and data teams, as well as project and delivery teams, to build a reliable, adopted, and scalable solution. 

Your main responsibilities 

Manage the backlog and delivery 

  • Structure, prioritize, and maintain the solution backlog 

  • Write user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria 

  • Clarify needs with engineering and support each delivery from end to end 

  • Track progress, remove blockers, and secure commitments 

  • Lead agile rituals: refinement, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, product/tech syncs 

  • Make the roadmap, priorities, and trade-offs clear to all stakeholders 

Contribute to the product vision 

  • Co-build the vision and roadmap with the Product Manager 

  • Translate business and market challenges into concrete product opportunities: features, user journeys, shared components, experience standards 

  • Prioritize based on business value, customer impact, contribution to platformization, and ability to accelerate time-to-market 

Participate in product discovery 

  • Understand the needs of users and clients for Marketing Effectiveness 

  • Master the usages, behaviors, and business rules that drive the solution's value 

  • Identify functional and operational challenges: user experience, journey consistency, adoption, scalability, industrialization 

  • Lead or contribute to discovery activities: interviews, field feedback, usage analysis, benchmarks 

Drive adoption and continuous improvement 

  • Support the deployment of new features to key stakeholders, with clear communication on what is delivered 

  • Measure impact: adoption, satisfaction, value delivered to clients 

  • Manage the feedback loop with Product, Business, Tech, and Delivery teams 

  • Leverage tracking tools to monitor usage and prioritize in a data-driven manner 

  • Ensure quality: product documentation, release notes, support, usage monitoring 

Collaborate cross-functionally 

  • Work with Product, Tech, Data, AI, and Delivery teams to ensure consistency of emerging solutions with the platform 

  • Act as a liaison between business, product, engineering, and delivery teams 

  • Participate in demonstrations, internal training, feedback sessions, and product communications 

Your profile 

Experience 

  • Minimum 3 years as a Product Owner or Product Manager 

  • Experience with SaaS or digital products, ideally in a data, AI, or tech environment

Skills 

  • Strong business acumen: you link features to customer value and market challenges 

  • Comfortable with technical profiles: you understand the challenges of a technical product without needing to be a developer 

  • Backlog mastery: clarifying needs, prioritizing complex topics, tracking delivery 

  • Platform logic: sharing usage, converging solutions, consistent journeys 

  • Strong sensitivity to user experience, adoption, and product quality 

  • Ability to simplify and engage stakeholders around a common vision 

Personal attributes 

  • Organized, rigorous, autonomous, curious, and impact-oriented 

Languages 

  • Fluent French and English, both written and spoken
