As Product Owner (F/M/*) at amber, you're responsible for further developing our system-wide AI platform with a clear focus on user value and business goals. You prioritize features along real customer needs, formulate clear requirements, and translate them into a comprehensible, living roadmap to implement this closely with our Engineering-, AI- and Customer-Team. You ensure that amberSearch, amberAI, and amberAgents excite the European middle class.

Aufgaben

• You are responsible for the operational implementation of the product vision and roadmap for amberSearch, amberAI, and amberAgents aligned with our customers' needs and measurable business goals.
• You prioritize features, requirements, and technical initiatives based on customer feedback, market impact, and feasibility, and translate these into operational tickets.
• You work together with the Engineering Team in a SCRUM-like setup for daily implementation and improvement of our platform.
• You steer the implementation of initiatives and features from idea to refinement and delivery to rollout at the customer's site in close cooperation with AI and Customer Success.
• You continuously monitor market, competition, and customer needs and lead new product opportunities for existing and international markets.
• You design and optimize Product-Management processes so that roadmap, backlog, and prioritization are transparent, efficient, and scalable for various internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifikation

• You bring a secure product understanding with experience in building complex B2B-SaaS products, including leadership and collaboration with Product- and Engineering Teams.
• You have technical background knowledge and good familiarity with APIs, data structures, and machine learning elements.
• You know how to structure requirements cleanly and prioritize them, and translate them into operational tickets and backlog items that the team can implement efficiently.
• You understand user needs and know how to derive clear product discovery insights from them and turn these into actionable roadmap decisions.
• You master the balance between strategic product orientation and operational end-to-end implementation (idea, refinement, delivery, rollout).
• You communicate securely and persuasively – fluently in German and English – with internal and external stakeholders, even on an international level.

Nice-to-have: Certifications in Product Management and SCRUM
