Product Owner
Job description
At EXL We're seeking a Product Owner with strong experience in: Member of the Agile team, representing the voice of the customer and the organization through the delivery of business value. Works closely with stakeholders (business and technology), including executive leadership, to define and prioritize features and stories, ensuring alignment with customer needs and organizational goals. Understands customers' problems in detail and ensures the problems are clearly defined, prioritized and thoughtfully addressed. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and drive business results. Develops and maintains product roadmaps, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Analyzes market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform product decisions. Provides regular updates to stakeholders on product progress and performance.
