Product Owner

Role Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Product Owner (PO) with 5 years of experience to lead the API integration efforts for a customer-facing claims and billing management solution. This role is critical in driving the delivery of business value by representing the voice of the customer and the organization. The PO will work closely with the development team, distribution team, and stakeholders, including executive leadership, to define, prioritize, and deliver features that align with strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, experience working in an iterative environment, and excellent communication skills. Key responsibilities include: • Defining product backlog items based on customer needs and business requirements; • Prioritizing product backlog items to ensure alignment with strategic objectives; • Collaborating with the development team to develop and refine product features; • Working closely with stakeholders, including executive leadership, to ensure that product features align with organizational goals; • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends; • Identifying and mitigating risks associated with product development; • Providing regular status updates to stakeholders; • Ensuring the delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs.
