- Minimum 5 years of experience as Product Owner or Product Manager in domains such as IoT, hardware-software integration, or industrial systems
- Solid knowledge about communication protocols for devices (MQTT, CoAP, Modbus, OPC-UA, BLE, TCP/IP etc.)
- Demonstrated experience in managing firmware updates, remote control of devices, and telemetric systems
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- In-depth knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and instrument tools for backlog management (Jira, Aha!, Confluence etc.)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Advanced English language proficiency.

- Diploma in Informatics, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Systems Engineering
- Certifications: CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, or PMI-ACP
- Practical experience with IoT gateways, edge computing, and real-time control systems
- Knowledge about industrial communication standards and cybersecurity for connected devices
- Previous experience in sales engineering, technical pre-sales, or solution roles in the field

- Defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the device integration and control component of the platform
- Prioritizing the backlog to balance business objectives, customer needs, and technical dependencies
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders (engineering, hardware, QA, operations, sales, support) for coherent delivery
- Defining KPIs for performance, availability, compatibility of devices, and operational efficiency
- Continuously improving the scalability of the platform, real-time response time, and hardware-software communication
- Collaborating with hardware teams to understand device architectures and control protocols
- Defining requirements for onboarding, provisioning, firmware management, and OTA updates
- Supervising device control flows: configuration, remote commands, diagnostics, and live monitoring
- Defining and validating hardware-software interfaces (drivers, SDKs, APIs)
- Testing device integrations with QA teams and field teams
- Ensuring compliance with industrial standards and security protocols for connected devices
- Maintaining the lifecycle of supported devices (onboarding, certification, maintenance, retirement)
- Translating customer requirements into well-defined user stories and clear acceptance criteria
- Active involvement in planning, tracking, and evaluating delivery cycles throughout the development process
- Collaborating with DevOps teams to ensure high availability of the platform and efficient monitoring
- Collaborating with security teams for implementing secure communications and robust authentication mechanisms for devices
- Cooperating with UX/UI teams to optimize device state display, alerts, and control panels
- Providing technical support to sales and pre-sales teams
- Participating in sales meetings, demos, and industry events
- Making on-site visits to customers for understanding operational environments and supporting pilot implementations
- Prioritizing documentation, product presentations, and demo materials
- Generating revenue reports and performance metrics
