The product is central, but the brand goes beyond mobility alone. Veloretti operates at the intersection of design, lifestyle, and urban culture.

Since 2022, we have been part of Pon.Bike. With an eye on our growth, we are building the teams and culture for the next phase of Veloretti.

The Role

As Product Owner Core Systems, you will be responsible for the most important business and operations applications such as the ERP system and the Dealer Portal. In this role, you will combine strategic development with the daily management of the applications. Thanks to your hands-on experience with the applications and your strong analytical skills, you will translate business needs into solid solutions that our external development partners can realize.

What you do

• Manage and prioritize the backlog: You are responsible for the backlog of the ERP system, the Dealer Portal, and related integrations and applications. You will find a balance between business value, technical feasibility, effort, and future-proofing.

• Translate business needs into solutions: You work closely with stakeholders and translate functional wishes into a good solution design and user stories. You will also advise on improvements in processes and IT architecture.

• Operational application management: You are the main point of contact for the daily management of the assigned core applications. You facilitate operations by optimally configuring processes, managing user environments, and effectively resolving application issues.

• Manage external development partners: You lead the collaboration with our IT suppliers to prioritize the backlog as efficiently as possible within the available budget.

• Work project-based and structured: You analyze the operational and business processes of your internal client, identify risks, and plan carefully to coordinate progress and dependencies.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for an analytically strong professional who is as comfortable with strategic process architecture as they are with hands-on system configuration. You possess the calm and overview to understand complex IT issues, delegate them effectively to external development teams, and have the decisiveness to implement solutions independently. You are strong in communication and constructively challenge the business to arrive at a good solution.

What you bring

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Application Manager, preferably within an e-commerce or multichannel consumer brand.

• HBO/WO (higher vocational/university) work and thinking level with a strongly developed analytical ability.

• Experience with ERP systems and their associated processes and integrations; knowledge of Odoo is a strong plus.

• Experience in running e-commerce backend platforms, specifically focused on process setup and configuration.

• Strong communication skills in Dutch and/or English.

• Experience with agile working or relevant project management certifications are a plus.
