The position will be ideal for you if: you have 2-3 years of experience as a Product Owner on the IT solutions provider side, covering product development and cooperation with production teams, you can demonstrate experience in user requirements analysis, system development and maintenance, and implementation of new functionalities, you can analyze functional and non-functional requirements and translate them into clear solutions - including mockups, user flows, and functional specifications, you can evaluate proposed solutions in terms of their consistency with the system architecture, data model, and long-term product development, considering both business needs and technical and quality aspects, you know how to translate requirements into precise, well-described tasks for the product team (programmers, integrators, testers), you know and apply data protection principles in the design phase and by default data protection in IT systems, you are fluent in Polish, you know English to a degree that allows for smooth work with project and research documentation, you are characterized by good work organization, independence in decision-making, inquisitiveness, and responsibility for the quality of delivered solutions, you can communicate clearly with various stakeholders and ensure transparency of information within the team. An additional advantage will be: experience in working with healthcare sector entities (hospitals, CROs, research centers), knowledge of the realities of digital medicine and the needs of users working with clinical data, knowledge of regulatory requirements regarding data protection and data integrity in clinical trials (including GDPR, GCP) and the ability to consider them when designing functionalities, certifications in the field of personal data protection, Privacy by Design/Privacy by Default, or related issues. Your tasks will include: managing the full development cycle of systems supporting the implementation of clinical trials developed by our company - from identifying business needs to product implementation and development, cooperation with clients and the analytical team to understand business requirements and user needs and designing functional solutions that meet current and future business needs, monitoring product functionality and identifying and implementing actions to ensure their development, regulatory compliance, and continuity of operation, defining the long-term vision and development directions of products consistent with the company's strategy, building and updating the product backlog (development and maintenance) and ensuring its availability and understanding for the entire team, cooperation with the team of programmers, integrators, and testers in the implementation of the product roadmap, including defining priorities, clarifying requirements and tasks, and monitoring work progress and goal achievement, supporting the team in product testing and implementation, preparing and updating project documentation, including system instructions, participation in presentations and meetings with potential Clients.
