Product Owner / Business Analyst / AMOA (H/F)

E-Finances has been developing and marketing financial management software used by companies in France and internationally for 25 years. Our tools cover treasury management, bank and accounting reconciliations, as well as the validation and secure transmission of payments to banks (EBICS, SWIFT).

We are looking for a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or AMOA to take charge of the functional backlog of our products. You will work with an R&D team of four developers and report to the R&D manager.

What you will do

• Organize the product backlog, propose priorities, and keep it up to date.

• Qualify requests and anomalies reported by support and clients, and propose the next steps.

• Write clear and complete tickets (user stories, acceptance criteria), ready for development.

• Write and maintain functional specifications and business rules.

• Monitor the evolution of banking standards and their impact on our products.

• Facilitate agile rituals: daily, refinement, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospective.

• Prepare and perform functional acceptance testing (manual tests), then coordinate production deployments with R&D.

• Document configuration, in conjunction with support, and contribute to release notes.

• Contribute to the functional roadmap of the products, with the R&D manager.

You will be the sole person in this role, but not isolated: you will start with the main product, with the support of the R&D manager and colleagues who know the products and clients very well, and then you will gradually expand your scope.

Your profile

Ideally, you have experience in financial management, including for example treasury management or accounting.

You also have:

• a good analytical and synthesis mind, both written and oral

• the desire to question requests and propose solutions that are useful to clients

• rigor: you verify before affirming

• curiosity about how software works: rights, data, configuration

• experience in acceptance testing or testing

• experience with Jira and Confluence

• habit of using AI tools daily

• written English, as our products and their documentation also exist in English

The recruitment process

Four stages:

1. An initial exchange of about 30 minutes with the R&D & IT manager and the consulting manager.

1. An on-site case study, approximately 1.5 hours.

1. A meeting with the team.

1. A final exchange with management.

Practical information

• Contract: Permanent contract (CDI), executive status.

• Location: Carquefou, on the outskirts of Nantes. Geographic proximity (less than an hour's commute) is necessary for regular site visits.
