Tasks

• Taking over the Product Owner role in Outcome Initiatives and in our Run & Ops Lane
• Translating customer and business goals into clear, measurable outcomes (instead of feature lists)
• Backlog management & prioritization along customer value, risk, and urgency
• Responsibility for the Run-&-Ops-backlog (bugs, technical improvements, small requirements, support escalations) and smooth flow between operations and initiatives
• Writing clear, executable user stories including acceptance criteria
• Stakeholder management (Sales, Customer Success, Management) and close interface with the development team
• Integration of customer feedback and usage data into product decisions

Qualification

• At least 2 years of experience as Product Owner / Product Manager in the B2B-SaaS field
• Ideal experience with outcome-oriented product work like hypotheses and success metrics
• Strong customer focus and strong prioritization skills
• Data affinity: decisions based on metrics and usage data
• Ideal experience with Kanban or flow-based, agile working
• Very good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Very good German and good English skills
• Nice-to-have: Experience in the relevant domain field (Public Sector / Procurement, Sales- or B2B-Data Intelligence)
