Product Owner @ Mindbox Sp. z o.o.

3–7 years’ experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar technical leadership role – or a senior engineering/ops background with product delivery exposure. Hands-on experience with workflow automation, orchestration tools, and operating models in complex enterprise landscapes. Strong ability to manage technical backlogs , prioritise features and technical debt, and deliver predictable outcomes. Solid understanding of production operations (incident/problem/change management, capacity planning, and process improvement). Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product development, and IT. Experience working in an Agile environment, preferably Scrum or Kanban. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
