Job description

  • Experience in creating and maintaining a product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals.
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders, manage their expectations, and influence the product's development direction.
  • Very good knowledge of the Product Owner role and the production process in Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to monitor work progress and delivered business value.
  • Advanced backlog management and prioritization skills based on business value.
  • Ability to ensure transparency and understanding of the backlog on the team and stakeholder side.
  • Experience in creating complete User Stories and breaking down requirements into releasable elements.
  • Very good knowledge of Scrum and experience in collaborating with Scrum teams.
  • Very good knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Miro tools.
  • Knowledge and experience in the insurance industry.
  • Experience in designing, monitoring, and analyzing product metrics (e.g., KPI, OKR, NPS, TTM, ROI, revenue).
  • Agile/Scrum certification (e.g., PSPO II or equivalent).
  • Strong competencies in decision-making, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
  • Experience in making product decisions under uncertainty and managing trade-offs (time, cost, scope, quality).
  • Very good knowledge of technological issues (systems, APIs, integrations, architectural limitations) and the ability to assess the impact of technological decisions on the product.
  • Experience in conducting Product Discovery (research, workshops, needs analysis).
  • Ability to work with resistance and manage change.
  • Experience in implementing at least 3 commercial products, including at least 1 product from the insurance industry.
  • Knowledge of English at a minimum of B2 level.
