Responsibilities

• Recording, analyzing, and evaluating operational requirements
• Close collaboration with the on-site mobile network teams
• Translating business specifications into structured briefings for the development team in India
• Conceptual development of the app with a clear focus on usability
• Optimizing existing processes and digitally redesigning workflows

Qualifications

• Initial experience as a Product Owner, in product management, or in a comparable role is desirable
• Digital native with a pronounced understanding of digital processes and tools
• Very good organizational skills as well as a structured and independent way of working
• Strong communication skills and the ability to mediate between operational teams and developers
• High degree of personal responsibility and self-organization
• Willingness to travel within Germany (approx. 1 week per month)
• Programming knowledge desirable
