Tasks

• Taking on, analyzing, and evaluating operational requirements
• Closely working with mobile teams on site
• Translating technical specifications into structured briefings for the development team in India
• Conceptual further development of the app with a clear focus on usability
• Optimizing existing processes and digitally redesigning workflows

Qualification

• First experience as Product Owner, in product management or in a comparable role desired
• Digital native with a deep understanding of digital processes and tools
• Very good organizational skills and a structured and self-directed work style
• Outstanding communication strength and ability to mediate between operational teams and developers
• A high degree of personal responsibility and self-organization
• Travel readiness within Germany (approximately 1 week per month)
• Knowledge of programming desired
