Product Owner Analytics in Property Operations (m/w/d)

Tasks

• You are responsible as Product Owner (m/w/d) for the development and further development of BI solutions to represent structured KPIs and data for corporate management, planning, and budgeting for ECE Marketplaces.
• As part of the IT Property Operations department, you will expand and optimize the company-wide Data Warehouse by developing the product 'Property Operations Analytics'.
• You will gather requirements together with internal customers, plan the implementation, and accompany the execution.
• You are responsible for planning (including roadmap) and budgeting the product.
• You support in solving incidents for analytics components (3rd Level Support).
• You will accompany the Data Governance Team to ensure good quality and documentation of data.

Qualification

• You hold a completed degree in, for example, economics/information technology, mathematics, or a natural science with a quantitative focus or data reference, such as Business Intelligence, Data Science, or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience.
• Ideal would be to bring existing experiences from Corporate Controlling.
• You are familiar with agile working methods (e.g. Scrum, DevOps).
• You work goal-oriented, structured, and independently and know your way around Data Governance / Data Quality Checks.
• A plus would be knowledge of SAP/MS Dynamics, CRM data structures, and Asset Accounting.
