Product Owner (all genders)

In your role as Product Owner (all genders), you will shape digital products, processes, and solutions that create real value – for users, organizations, and demanding projects.

You will be responsible for the product vision, translate requirements into actionable solutions, and bring together specialist departments, IT, stakeholders, and external partners. You don't just think agile or traditional – but situationally, what truly works.

Shaping & Developing Digital Solutions

• You develop ideas and target visions for digital products, processes, and solutions.
• You structure and prioritize requirements and translate them into actionable solutions together with the stakeholders involved.
• You accompany digital solutions through various phases – from conception to launch and further development.

• You plan and coordinate IT and digitalization projects, keeping an eye on goals, deadlines, quality, and resources.
• You create transparency about progress, dependencies, and open decisions.
• Together with the project participants, you ensure that concepts become functioning solutions.

• You gather, question, and structure requirements and coordinate them with the relevant stakeholders.
• You moderate diverse interests and facilitate decisions.
• You accompany changes and support the successful anchoring of new processes and solutions within the organization.

• You support the evaluation and selection of suitable digital solutions and technologies.
• You support tenders, bid evaluations, and procurement processes as needed.
• You prepare complex topics in an understandable way and support users through workshops, training, and appropriate materials.

• Several years of experience in digital projects, IT projects, product development, or comparable roles with your own responsibility.
• A good understanding of users, processes, and technical interrelationships.
• The ability to structure complexity and facilitate decisions.
• Very good German and English language skills (at least C1 each).
• High willingness to travel (50% presence at the Würzburg site).
