Job Description:

• "T-shaped individual" Possess a breadth of knowledge in many fields, but also have depth in at least one area of expertise

• Voice of the customer Must continually engage with the customer and stakeholders to ensure squad is working on the right things and represents what is valuable to the customer

• Storyteller Go beyond the mechanics of chopping up a user story into the product backlog and tells the story that nicely ties together the why, the customer need and the vision

• Mobiliser Ability to rally and mobilize informal groups of people around focused tasks and stories

• Knowledge broker Enable collaboration and empower the Squad by finding the right people for them to talk to

• Conflict resolver Have the courage and the capability to engage when things get difficult and collaborate / mediate to effectively resolve conflict

• Change Enabler - Passionate ambassador for our new way of working and culture

• Role Model Truly embody ANZ's purpose and values
