Not to act as a theorist, but to concretely rethink product-tech operating methods, design hybrid human-agent teams, equip the right workflows, and make AI a lever for organizational efficiency in the delivery of digital products.

The job

Embedded with the client, you will intervene at the heart of the product-tech organization to reimagine the Product Development Lifecycle with AI.

Your role: identify where AI creates the most value, rethink processes, develop new work standards, and build the first tools, skills, or agents that make this transformation real.

You are simultaneously:

• a hands-on profile, capable of building to set an example;
  
  

• an ops profile, capable of simplifying and making workflows reliable;
  
  

• a change profile, capable of bringing teams on board with new practices;
  
  

Concretely, as part of your missions, you will be expected to

• Audit discovery, delivery, and go-to-market processes to identify friction points, low-value tasks, unnecessary dependencies, and opportunities for AI delegation.
  
  

• Redesign simpler, faster, and more robust work processes, by natively integrating AI into team operations.
  
  

• Design hybrid human-agent teams, clarifying roles, responsibilities, control points, and success conditions.
  
  

• Implement the tools, standards, and rituals necessary for smoother execution: documentation, management, reporting, coordination, knowledge sharing, execution quality.
  
  

• Build yourself simple skills, assistants, automations, or agents adapted to the client's context, to equip concrete and immediate use cases.
  
  

• Contribute to product building in a very operational manner, to demonstrate by proof what new working methods make possible.
  
  

• Train and support product, design, tech, and business teams in adopting new practices, new tools, and new working reflexes.
  
  

• Measure the impact of the implemented changes and continuously adjust what needs to be adjusted.
  
  

• Help clients avoid three common pitfalls: a lot of energy for little impact, POCs that don't scale, and individual gains that never translate into system-wide gains.
  
  

What success looks like in this role

After a few months with a client, you will have contributed to visible and measurable results:

• reviewed, simplified, and better-controlled discovery and delivery workflows;
  
  

• prioritized AI uses that are scoped, equipped, and truly adopted;
  
  

• several internal agents or assistants in production use;
  
  

• a clear reduction in time spent on low-value tasks;
  
  

• a tangible improvement in execution speed and collective efficiency.

What this role is not

This position is not for you if you are mainly looking to do:

• abstract consulting, very conceptual, without rapid operationalization;
  
  

• portfolio management;
  
  

• infrastructure or platform management;
  
  

• large-scale technical industrialization;
  
  

AI Product Ops is neither a PMO, nor a platform architect, nor an ML engineer. It is a role at the intersection of organizational efficiency, building, and change management.

Who are you?

You have at least 6 years of experience, with a background that has given you a strong understanding of how product-tech teams actually work.

You are probably:

• a seasoned agile coach with a developer background, who has a hands-on approach
  
  

• a senior Product Ops professional;
  
  

• or a Product Manager with a very strong ops focus;
  
  

And above all:

• You have already worked within product teams, very close to delivery and on-the-ground realities.
  
  

• You know how to analyze a development value stream, identify bottlenecks, and transform friction into concrete solutions.
  
  

• You already use AI daily in your professional practice (e.g., Claude for code, Cursor, ...).
  
  

• You know how to leverage copilots, assistants, automation tools, augmented documentation tools, and lightweight orchestration solutions.
  
  

• You are capable of building simple agents or assistants yourself, without claiming to be the person who will technically industrialize them on a large scale.
  
  

• You know how to go from idea to tool, and then from tool to adoption.
  
  

• You are comfortable with both operational teams and management stakeholders.
  
  

• You have enough product knowledge not to confuse speed with value.
  
  

• You speak English fluently.

• You contribute to the development of the AI Product Ops / POM-AI offering with the offer lead.
  
  

• You participate in content creation, knowledge capitalization, internal sharing, and some pre-sales activities.
  
  

• You help Thiga level up its expertise in new product organization practices in the AI era.
