Product Operations Manager (m/w/d) in SaaS-Startup (Remote / Hybrid)

We are cinify, a young start-up that's shaking up the BI market in healthcare. Our tool brings together data from various systems, integrates it into workflows, and turns it into appealing dashboards and reports. And we're thinking BI further: With AI directly in our product, we're like ChatGPT for doctor's offices – including dashboarding per language.

As Product Operations Manager, you'll be the central hub between our product, our team, and our customers. You'll steer internal projects around our product, drive the development of individual product areas forward, and ensure that new modules and features not only start cleanly internally but also get tested and validated directly with our healthcare customers. You're neither just a project manager nor just a product manager – you're the person who keeps everything together and ensures that ideas become real, lived-through features.

Aufgaben

As Product Operations Manager at cinify, it's your job to ensure that our product is well-governed, clearly communicated, and consistently aligned with customer needs further developed.

You'll:

• define, structure, and prioritize individual product areas together with the team.
• steer internal projects around new modules and features independently and bring them to a successful conclusion.
• formulate requirements clearly and accompany the development process.
• get in direct contact with customers, test new features with them, gather feedback, and play back insights into the team.
• keep an overview of our product and ensure that the right things happen at the right time.
• act as a bridge between development, data analysts, sales, and customers – internally and externally.

Qualifikation

To be successful with us, you bring the following qualifications and skills:

• first professional experience in product, project, or operations management, ideally in a SaaS or IT environment
• technical basic understanding – you don't have to code yourself, but you understand what developers speak about, and can grasp technical connections.
• experience with or strong interest in BI-, data- or workflow-tools (e.g. PowerBI, Qlik, Tableau)
• structured, independent working style and enjoy juggling many balls at once
• communication strength and enthusiasm for direct customer contact
• very good German and English skills in writing and speaking

Location:

Our office is in Bochum. The majority of the team is active throughout Germany, including Berlin, Munich, Stuttgart, Frankfurt, and Düsseldorf. Team members who are nearby come to the office 1-2 times a week. We have no rules here – you can decide for yourself.
