We are looking for a proactive, self-motivated person with a strong sense of responsibility and a preference for taking initiative. In this role, you will take the lead in defining how the value of our product is communicated to the world. You will work independently within a team, set your own priorities, and achieve significant results without waiting for instructions.

As Product Marketing Manager, you will develop and implement messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies and create engaging content that generates demand. You will serve as a bridge between product, sales, and demand generation to ensure that we communicate our value clearly and consistently across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

Produktmarketing (Strategisch)

• Develop and refine positioning and messaging that resonates with our target audience.
• Conduct market analysis and create customer personas to underpin go-to-market strategies.
• Conduct competitor analysis to understand the market landscape and differentiate our product.
• Work with sales to develop sales materials like pitch decks, one-pagers, and battle cards.

Content Marketing (Hands-On)

• Plan, create, and manage high-quality content like blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and website text.
• Create content that supports lead generation campaigns (e.g., landing pages, email texts).
• Develop thought-leadership content to establish sqanit as a trusted voice in the market.
• Optimize content for SEO to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings.

Abteilungsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit

• Collaborate with the product team to stay informed about the product roadmap and translate features into customer benefits.
• Support the sales team by ensuring they have the right materials and insights to close deals.

Qualifikation

Erfahrung

• 3–5 years of experience in product marketing, content marketing, or a hybrid role, ideally in a B2B-SaaS company.
• Demonstrable success in developing compelling messages and creating effective content.
