Product Marketing Manager (f/m/x)

Your role with us

We are looking to strengthen the Workist Marketing team with a Product Marketing Manager (w/m/d) as soon as possible. As our first Product Marketing Manager (PMM), you will build and own the function from the ground up.

This position is ideal for you if you have already gained initial experience in product marketing and want to help build and own product marketing at Workist with your experience. In this role, you will have a lot of contact with the Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams and will report directly to the VP Marketing.

Your tasks

• Develop positioning & messaging for Workist products and communicate it consistently across all platforms and channels
• Plan new product launches in close coordination with Product, Sales, and CS
• Provide GTM teams with compelling materials such as sales decks, demo scripts, battle cards, and product videos
• Conduct market and competitive analyses as well as buyer & user research, share your knowledge with other teams, and develop a competitive edge for Workist

Your profile

• 2+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally in AI/B2B SaaS
• You have led the successful market launch of new products/features, not just accompanied them
• You are enthusiastic about good storytelling and can explain complex products clearly and convincingly
• You work analytically and measure your success by data
• You enjoy working at the interface between Product, Sales, and CS and can coordinate and plan well
• You enjoy creating engaging content in various media formats and are proficient in using the latest AI tools
• You are fluent in German (native) and English (other languages are a plus)
