Product Marketing Manager (f/m/x)

Your Role at Workist

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager (w/m/d) to strengthen the Workist Marketing Team. As our first Product Marketing Manager (PMM), you will build this function from scratch.

This position is ideal for you if you have already gained some experience in product marketing and would like to build on that experience at Workist. In this role, you will have a lot of contact with the Product, Sales, and Customer Success Teams and report directly to the VP Marketing.

Your Tasks

• Develop positioning & messaging for Workist products and consistently communicate them across all platforms and channels.
• Plan new product launches in close coordination with Product, Sales, and CS.
• Serve GTM Teams with compelling materials such as sales decks, demo scripts, battle cards, and product videos.
• Conduct market and competitive analyses, buyer & user research, share your knowledge with other teams, and develop a competitive edge for Workist.

Your Profile

• 2+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally in the AI/B2B SaaS sector.
• You have successfully launched new products/features, not just accompanied them.
• You are passionate about good storytelling and can clearly explain complex products.
• You work analytically and measure your success based on data.
• You enjoy working at the interface between Product, Sales, and CS and can coordinate and plan well.
• You create appealing content in various media formats and are confident with the latest KI tools.
• You speak fluent German (native) and English (additional languages are a plus).
